Wayne Golledge Managing Director Wayne Golledge is the Managing Director and founder of Impact Group. He has over 20 years experience in the building industry and has a very solid background in services engineering. He is also a licensed building supervisor. Email : waynegolledge@impactgroup.com.au Paul Smith Director Paul has over 20 years experience as a mechanical engineer in Australia, the UK and Europe. Paul completed an apprenticeship in Toolmaking before changing the course of his career for a more challenging role in a design environment. The benefits of his practical background have served him well throughout his design career. He has worked across a variety of disciplines in the field including design and design management, documentation, construction and commissioning and quality assurance of building services. Paul has been involved with projects across a large range of sectors including hospitals, hotels, sports stadiums, universities, schools, research establishments, industrial, pharmaceutical and veterinary establishments, commercial, retail and custodial establishment projects. Most notably Paul was part of the Energy Australia Training Centre, Australia’s first official 6 Star Green Star educational facility; Westmead Hospital redevelopment (WIN Program), Macquarie University Private Hospital and the Liverpool Hospital redevelopment project definition and masterplan. Email: pauls@impactgroup.com.au Mark Albury Director Mark has over 20 years experience throughout Australia and Asia in the hydraulic and fire services industry with extensive involvement across many sectors including aged care, health, commercial, retail, industrial, sporting, defence and residential. He studied the Plumbing Trade and Post Trade Licensing Courses, the Associate Diploma in Building Engineering Services - Hydraulic and Fire Services, Fluid Dynamics, Writing Winning Technical Documents and The Building Services Certifiers Course. Mark has experience in designing trade waste systems, grey water and black water systems and is also highly skilled in auditing, feasibility studies, design rationalisation, system analysis and effectiveness, flood studies and authority liaison. Mark was previously employed as a fully licensed plumber, providing him with comprehensive knowledge of the installation and operation of the systems he designs. Mark has worked on a variety of projects including the new Australian Embassies in Rangoon, Burma and Phnom Penh, Cambodia; New Railway station and bus interchange at Oak Flats; the Rockdale Railway Station and bus interchange refurbishment; Time/Life Warner Commercial development; Carlingford Shopping Centre; The Élan high rise development over Kings Cross tunnel; The Forum West high rise development over St Leonards Station and Hybrid Operating Theatres and associated recovery rooms in the Prince of Wales Hospital, the first of its kind in Australia.
